  After I shattered the glass on my iPhone, I had insurance and took it to the Sprint Store at Town Center. They were great at taking the repair in and providing me with a loaner phone. Upon pick up of my repaired phone, they weren't. I didn't have time to waste to go back there as I had work to do so I went to the Jax Beach Sprint Store. Savannah not only greeted me with enthusiasm, but she calmed me down and helped me from start to finish. And I love the fact that she fully understood that I'm not tech savvy and truly needed the hands on help. Thanks Savannah for helping me. I HIGHLY recommend her and her team at the Jax Beach Store.
