- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆February 15, 2019, by AC CruzWorst experience in a T-Mobile store ever! I have a business plan and all of my devices are paid off so I was treated with very little customer service. I was expecting the opposite. I had 4 lines but now I only have 2 but they kept trying to make me get more lines instead of just giving me what I wanted which was upgrading a line with no balance.
